To simplify the user experience, we've streamlined the instructions for our Model S personal air conditioner. To wear, simply secure the cooling unit around your wrist and snap on the power unit; it activates automatically upon connection, indicated by a blue light. For charging, bring the USB cable close to the power unit—the magnetic force will connect it automatically. The indicator light will flash while charging and stay lit once fully charged. Ensure the ventilation fan's inlet on the cooling module is unobstructed to prevent device overheating and potential malfunction.

Potential risks
Since our personal air conditioner cools down your circulating blood, the human body will respond to excessive cooling by burning more calories, which might cause hypoglycemia. People may start feeling dizzy or uncomfortable instead. In this case, please be alert and turn off the device immediately.

Our personal air conditioner is FCC certified for the US market. However, European customers should be aware that it lacks CE mark certification for compliance with European standards. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to receive the product without the CE mark. We recommend consulting with legal experts to understand the implications and risks of using the product under these conditions.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking information will be updated within 72 hours.

Return and Refund Policy
​Return products must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) with packaging and all accessories originally included to be eligible for return or exchange at appointed inspection centers within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to inspect and reject any return. Your return may be subject to handling and restocking fees of 20% to 50%, case by case. Shipping fee is not refundable. You will be notified by email after inspection. We will issue a refund within 14 business days. Crowdfunding rewards and purchased items using coupons or during promotion periods are not eligible for return or exchange.
